RETURN POLICY

At AetherisFragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be returned within 48 hours of the delivery date
• Items must be sealed and unopened in their original packaging
• Products must be in their original, resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used fragrances cannot be accepted due to health and hygiene regulations
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at info@aethrisfragrance.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us immediately with pictures at info@aethrisfragrance.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
